The staff were helpful and made sure my son reminded me of a VIP , made him really happy and the room was spacious enough for us to move around without feeling cramped
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got

I enjoyed this small hotel for its family atmosphere and courteous staff. The location was brilliant, for example, Sherlock Holmes Museum was within easy walking distance of the venue.

Good food selection. Accommodating staff, spotless and bright rooms with nice bathroom and 2 double beds, for example. Magnificent location, very close to Paddington. Adjacent to tube, station, shops, cafes and bars, Paddington Railway station and underground and subway and restaurants.

The staff were pleasant, overall. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk in the guest room. It was compact and bathroom included a bathtub.
